We accept orders for single units for residential projects. For commercial/hotel projects, we offer volume pricing starting from 10 units.

Standard production lead time is 20–35 days after design confirmation and deposit payment. Rush orders (15 days) are available for select products.

We provide detailed installation guides and can arrange on-site installation support for international projects at additional cost.

All DR Home products come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Hardware components are covered for 1 year.

Yes, all our products are fully customizable in size, finish, and configuration. Simply share your floor plan and requirements.

We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight. We provide full packing guidance and can arrange door-to-door logistics.
